The management of Regson Fabrication is committed to the health and safety of its employees and for all who are involved in our projects. Protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is a major continuing objective. We are committed to continuing improvement toward an accident-free workplace through effective administration, education and training.
A Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) is issued with every metal fabrication job/task completed by Regson Fabrication Sunshine Coast. This document clearly states the risks and control measures needed to complete the job/ task in a safe manner. Toolbox and Prestart Talks are carried out and recorded by supervisors and staff.
Regson Fabrication has an Injury Management and Return to Work Policy and Procedure. All accidents and nears misses are recorded in our Accident and Injury Register that is kept up to date and reviewed regularly.
